Clubhouse Project Update
The clubhouse renovation continues to move forward, and it’s exciting to see the building really start to take shape. Each phase is bringing us closer to the finished product, and we’re confident the end result will be something special for the entire membership to enjoy.
No Additional Assessments
We understand that some members have concerns about potential assessments. Rest assured, there will be no assessments. The renovations and all future capital improvements will be funded through the monthly capital improvement fees that members already pay.
Why Renovate?
Our clubhouse has not seen significant updates in many years. We are currently spending thousands of dollars on maintenance and repairs just to keep the building functional. It’s time for a new clubhouse that not only reduces these ongoing costs but also attracts new members to our vibrant community.
Renovation Plans
& Updates
Upstairs
Dining & Bar: All dining services will be moved upstairs. We’re introducing an elevated bar with access to our patio, offering stunning views of the golf course. We’re also adding decking around the dining area, with partial roofing for year-round enjoyment.
Flexible Event Spaces: If the dining room and bar are booked for an event, our downstairs lounge area will be converted into a dining space. The Red Room will remain but with a movable wall, allowing it to serve as either an open space for larger events or a private dining/meeting room.
Lobby & Facilities: We’re reconfiguring the lobby area by relocating the ladies' restroom and offices, creating a more open and inviting foyer.
Curb Appeal: The front of the clubhouse will undergo a complete transformation, featuring a new portico that can accommodate 3 to 4 cars. We’ll also extend the main dining area wall and add windows to enhance the clubhouse's curb appeal.
Kitchen
The kitchen will be fully renovated for greater efficiency. We are working with a kitchen designer to create a space that can efficiently serve our dining rooms. This will include a larger walk-in cooler and freezer, which will be attached to the inside of the building for easier access and improved functionality.
Downstairs
Golf Shop: The golf shop will be expanded with windows overlooking the putting greens, offering a more inviting atmosphere.
Bar with Grab and Go options: The bar will remain the same, we are adding an area featuring a convenient grab-and-go section with hot and cold food options for golfers on the go.
Locker Rooms & Family Bathrooms: The locker rooms will be remodeled, with showers added to both the men's and women’s areas. Additionally, we’re adding two family bathrooms with outside access for pool users.
Future Capital Projects
We are not forgetting about our greatest asset: our golf course. It’s in excellent condition, thanks to Jeremy Fann and his team. We plan to continue making yearly improvements, and Jeremy has exciting ideas for winter projects.
In addition, we are exploring the following future capital projects:
Pool Area:
Redoing the fence around the pool and adding a splash pad.
Tennis Courts:
Resurfacing the tennis courts and repainting the fencing around them.
